We are looking for a full-time, experienced veterinary client service representative to work at the front desk as a receptionist to join our team. In business for over 40 years with a well-established clientele, we place great emphasis on the special relationship between the pets and their owners. We value open communication between staff, management, and clients.
As a client relations specialist, you will serve as a focal point with pet owners regarding wellness care, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, assisting with the maintenance of and updating computerized medical records, and processing payments.

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--Must be computer savvy
--Be able to multi-task
--Professional and upbeat manner
--Exceptional client relation skills both on the phone and when welcoming our clients and patients
--Minimum 1 year experience as veterinary receptionist
Job duties include:
--Greeting and welcoming patients
--Answering phone calls
--Booking appointments through our practice management software (DVMax)
--Checking and responding to emails daily
